I’m suffering from low back pain for last 2 months. I gone through physio treatments but not regularly. Could you advice me, home based exercise which i follow regularly, because i cannot attend treatment due to my office timing.
Surely….But,before that,it would be better if i get few clarifications from you.
1)How the problem was happened?
2)What is your nature of job? &
3)Did you do any kind of investigations?
Because without clear history,it is not advisable to do Core Exercises.
Please let me know asap.
